Members are required to present identity proof and verify their identities via One-Time-Password upon redemption of loyalty points at stores. 5. Redeemed points cannot be reused. 6. Redeemed points cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded. 7. Maximum 5 gifts per item per customer in a year. 8. Gifts are redeemed on a first come first served basis, while stocks last. 9.
